Shopping with us

Once you have added the item/s to your basket, you’ll see a red confirmation banner that says “X has been added to your basket”, you can ‘View Basket’ here or simply go straight to the ‘Basket’ icon on the top right of the page.

When you’re ready to pay, go to check (either by icon top right or view basket) please check the quantity you want is correct and press the ‘proceed to checkout’ button. Follow the steps to submit your payment and delivery address details.

Once you have confirmed your order, you’ll see your order number on the screen and you’ll get a confirmation email containing all your order details.
We’ll send another email to let you know it’s been sent.

Remember, at any time you can click on ‘Your Account’ in the top right corner of the screen, log in and view all your orders. If you click ‘Orders’ you can view its progress. This page shows all your orders, their current state and also allows you to view or print and invoice for each order.

We don’t have a minimum order – however, if you order over £25 post and packing is free. For orders under this we charge £3.95.

We accept all major credit / debit cards as payment handled securely through PayPal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account, we use PayPal as a card processor, so just click through as a guest and pay with your preferred card.

Yes you can. We accept payments in all major currencies and deliver worldwide, just let us know where you are first. Please note: prices on this store are displayed only in UK pound sterling.

Yes, we’ll try to deliver wherever you are in the world. But please contact us before you order so we can give you a quote for postage costs.

Don’t worry, just follow the instructions and all will be sorted.

Although we make sure our packaging is as good as possible, accidents can happen. Just let us know your order number and we’ll either replace your order or sort out a refund. If you can take a picture of the parcel it would help us a great deal.

We really hope this doesn’t happen! But if it does, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the error…and accept our groveling apologies!

Trade customers

If you order over £150 your postage is free. Otherwise it’s £15

First, you’ll need to set up a trade account with us, then simply log in and view.

Just call us! Or send us an email and we’ll set you up straight away.

You can either pay via Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer. As soon as the funds have been transferred, we’ll send out your order. Or if you’d like to apply for Payment on Account, please call us.

Simply click the link below and enter your username or account email address. You will then receive a password reset email so check your inbox or other email folders (junk, clutter etc.) and follow the instructions within. Click here to reset your password You can also find this link on the normal login page, under the login box.

The minimum amount for a trade order is £150.
